Mumbleys Farmhouse Livery Yard is run on a DIY basis, with assistance available by private arrangement.

Facilities include:

  • 25m x 50m outdoor arena, fully fenced with excellent parking and lighting on request in the winter

  • A wide selection of jumps for use in the arena

  • All year round grazing in separate paddocks of a minimum of one acre each

  • Six 14' x 12' stables with automatic water feeders, openings front and back (slatted window and bottom door at front, top opening at back) in an L-shaped yard. Tie up facilities outside each stable.

  • Horse wash area, with hot wash.

  • Separate, fully equipped tack room, with lockers, saddle racks and hanging facilities for each owner and an area for cleaning tack

  • A newly kitted-out feed room with individual storage areas and worktop space; coffee and tea facilities, seating and a fridge

  • Individual hay and bedding storage with rug drying racks in our barn

  • 24 hour CCTV coverage and owners living on site

  • Direct access onto the bridlepath opposite our middle gates

  • Masses of fabulous off-road bridlepaths and the Toll Rides (members only)

  • Secure storage facilities for horse lorries/trailers

  • Toilet facilities

Livery charges are £165 per month to include free access to the arena and all tea and coffee.  

The arena is available for external clients to book, but is free to liveries and regularly available for the exclusive use of clients of Honeypot Farm and Mumbleys Farmhouse. There is an online booking system.
