The yard is run on a DIY basis, although private arrangements can be made if you require assistance.

Facilities include:

25m x 50m outdoor arena at our sister yard, Mumbleys Farmhouse, which is quickly accessed by bridlepath or lane.
A wide selection of jumps for use in the arena
All year round grazing in separate paddocks of approx one acre each.
Four 12' x 12' stables with automatic water feeders, in an L-shaped yard.
Horse wash area.
Tack and feed room, with storage, saddle racks and hanging facilities for each owner
Coffee and tea facilities
Individual hay and bedding storage with rug drying line in our shelter
24 hour CCTV coverage
Very quick access onto the bridlepath on the lane
Masses of fabulous off-road bridlepaths and the Toll Rides (members only)
Storage facilities for horse lorries/trailers £15/£8 a month
Toilet facilities

Livery charges are £120 per month to include free access to the arena and all tea and coffee. We don't have many rules, but we ask that you join the Toll Rides, participate in a Worming Scheme and that you restrict bedding materials to Miscanthus (Elephant Grass) or similar (no shavings or straw). Miscanthus is available to buy delivered to your stable at a discounted rate.
